Black Friday 2023: Target Store Opening And Closing Hours

A recent change in Target’s plans has some customers asking about their Black Friday hours.

Especially during Black Friday, Target is one of the most popular destinations for holiday shopping. Some people have taken advantage of the holiday rush by shopping online, but others still prefer to go to the store.

Accordingly, before 2021, many stores opened on Thanksgiving Day and allowed mad dashes for the holidays’ hot products. That, however, is now a thing of the past, at least for this store.

According to Target’s announcement, they will be closed on Thanksgiving Day in 2023 and annually after that. There is no doubt that this is big news, but it may also affect Black Friday plans.

It raises the question of when the store will open after Thanksgiving.

Target Black Friday hours: When does Target open?

Generally, Target opens at 7 a.m. on Black Friday.

While some stores may have different hours for the shopping-mad “holiday,” most superstores throughout the United States will open at 7 a.m. They will remain open until their standard closing time.

So if you want to catch the Target Black Friday deals this year, you don’t have to get up super early or abandon your family on Thanksgiving. That sounds like a win for everyone involved if you ask me.
