Best Nike Metcon 2 Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale & Deals 2023: I have known for some time that my CrossFit shoes have been worn out (I have had them for nearly a year and wear them 3-4x a week) so I have been on the search for the best CrossFit shoe. I really hate buying new exercise sneakers, which is really silly considering how much use they buy, but I eventually took the plunge and bought some of Women’s Nike Metcon 2 shoes.

An annoying thing about CrossFit is the fact that it can”require” several distinct types of sneakers — lifters, metcon coaches, hybrids. There are several distinct types of moves in (aptly-named) CrossFit and your own body often needs several kinds of support based on the workout. I did not want to buy a pair of lifters since I simply couldn’t justify a shoe that I would use exclusively for lifting only 1-2x a week (maybe, but maybe not today ). But I knew I also needed something with more support than my Reebok Nano Sprints because my feet were aching post-WOD for a while, particularly if there is heavyweight entailed.
